Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
- Free Standard Shipping on Retail Orders $30 or more in the US.
- Free Standard Shipping on Subscription Orders Over $30 in the US.
- $3.99 Flat Rate Shipping for Orders under $30.
- Business days are Monday-Friday. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order is placed after 6am EST on Friday it will be fulfilled on Monday.
- We currently ship within the US only.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes, we offer 2-day shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight.
How Do I Track My Order?
Your tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email please contact customer service email@example.com
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
All purchases are final. Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or modifications are possible.
Do you accept Refunds or Returns?
We take product quality seriously and want you and your family to be 100% satisfied with your order. While we do not accept returns for food products, we will issue a credit if your product is damaged or you’re not 100% satisfied. Please hold onto your product as we may ask you to send us photos or possibly send the product back to us for further investigation. To seek credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have the following information ready:
- Order number
- Product item or description
- Condition or damaged product upon arrival
- Description of product experience
How do I make changes or cancel my Subscription?
Brainiac® offers a subscription purchasing model for your convenience. When you create a subscription on our website, you can select the frequency of your shipment and setup automatic recurring payments. In between subscription cycles, you may modify your items, pause your subscription or cancel it. To make changes/ cancellations, log into your account. To possibly make changes to your subscription on the day of your charge, please contact email@example.com and we'll attempt to make adjustments if your order has not already shipped.
